Dominic of Frazier Fitness is as good of a trainer as it gets. He always checked in with me daily, weekly, made sure my training program was challenging yet fun. How we took the time to teach me about nutrition really helped me reach my goals faster then i imagined. 1. Before finding us, what was your struggle? What were your biggest frustrations? My biggest struggles have always getting over my plateau getting over that one spot I can get to but can't get over the hump. My biggest frustrations have been eating and working out but still not losing weight. 2. How did your struggle and frustrations affect your life? What did you feel like before you made your transformation? It hasn't effected my life other than just getting frustrated with not losing weight and feeling better. I'm not a person who eats their feelings. I felt frustrated. 3. How did our program help you? It helped me by keeping me on a plan and keeping it on track by giving me a plan to stick with. 4. 1. Before finding us, what was your struggle? What were your biggest frustrations? Not eating right and not executing exercises correctly. 2. How did your struggle and frustrations affect your life? What did you feel like before you made your transformation? Didn't really affect my life so much, but I was a little irritated that I was not losing weight fast enough considering I worked out everyday. 3. How did our program help you? I was able to target areas correctly, and perform the right exercise on the appropriate day. Before the program, I just did whatever exercises I felt like doing, but after the program, I knew what exercises needed to be done the next day and thereafter. 4. How is life different for you now? I am more disciplined in the gym. I know how to target muscles and work on my full body.
