GOAL SETTING

With the new year finally here so many of us have the challenge of bettering ourselves or improving where we left off. Set small daily goals so you can accomplish them and the BIG goal in the end will seem more obtainable. Goal may be to lose 10 lbs in a month, start with drinking more water, writing down your food, purchasing a few personal training sessions, buying a workout magazine, packing a gym bag, buying a new outfit…these small little steps will greatly pay off in the long run and before you know it that goal will be reached. Visualize it, write it down, see it, believe it achieve it.
