THE REASON

Every single time I feel like skipping a training session I remind myself how lucky I am to be able to do what i do  . I have the ability to move freely without limitation ( well minus my extremely tight hips which i work on daily, FULL SQUAT 2012 here i come), freely, gracefully, with power. Every time I miss a clean or a snatch, or get frustrated with the lack of flexibility and mobility in my hips or cnat get fully under that clean,  I remember that some people lack the ability to perform those movements that i do repeatedly everyday.  Some people just wish to be able to do a knee bend, touch there toes, feed themselves, walk, and these are vital things that we take for granted.  What if we didn’t have them.  How many times have we all said we lack the “time” or the “energy” or the “resources” to exercise? How can I even begin to visualize things like this  when there are inspirational people running races with prosthetic limbs and competing in powerlifting with one leg?! I have the gift of movement freely and for that i am more than thankful.  This is why i do this. Whats your REASON
