#HowDoYouMove Movement Monday Advanced TRX Movement is the TRX Archers Chest Press.
This a great full body movement really focusing in on that chest and core stabilizers as we are really fighting that rotation as progressively move one arm straight out to the side..This video is level 1 progressions..give it a whirl and let me know what you think.
1. Position yourself in the Plank positon with heels off the ground, glutes squeezed and aligned directly under the anchor.
2. Drop down and do a couple basic chest press to start. From there slide one arm out to full lockout.
3. Pull arm back to start and then lock out full chest press at top.
4. Repeat same motion on opposite side.
Tips.: KEEP butt flat, do NOT arch.
EARN your Progressions, dont go underneath anchor fully until you have mastered the basics..
