ODY WEIGHT BLAST
Try this bodyweight workout that will help get you in shape, see those abs and become better each day. Warm up for 3-5 minutes of cardio on your choice of machine. Then you will do each exercise for as many reps as possible in 30 seconds, then you will rest 30 seconds then cycle through the exercises. Try this for a total of 3 x after each round resting 1 minute or try to do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. If the 30 second rest is too easy, drop your rest to 15 seconds. Track your time or rounds, did you get better today.

Pushups
Alt. Lunges
Lateral Plank Left/Right
Burpees
Repeat 3x or do as many rounds as possible for 15 minutes, don’t forget to cool down and stretch after.
