TRX FORCE TRAINING 12 WEEK PROGRAM

Today was day 2 of the newly made TRX Force Training Program.  I am currently adding this into my program daily to go with my 4 day split.  Depending on timing I am either doing TRX morn or late evening, opposite a intense metabolic denisty training session/ crossfit type workouts for those asking ( Cardio Strength Training focus).  What i truly love about this is that you are MAKING YOUR BODY YOUR MACHINE.  I recently recieved my kit after completing my Level 2 Sports Medicine Certification and it is a great tool that works functional balance, rotation, strength, flexibility and no weakness goes unnoticed . This program now emphasis a great mobility module which i am glad they put in becasue even as a performance specialist its hard to sometimes have time to just stretch.  In all honesty mobility work and flexibility are much needed in all realms of life and we all want our bodies to run efficently from head to toe.  Todays workout was lower body emphasis and it really got right to the point with a mixture of hamstring , quadriceps work and rea;;y working the posterior chanin.  My favorite part was the Single Leg Burpee finishers which really got my heart rate elevated.. this is Week 1 day 2, cant wait to see my progressions come Week 4 day 2..If you haven’t tried TRX…..you need to.  Big Shout-out to the Creators of TRX and TRX Rip-Trainer, you have truly out done yourselves and I’m proud to be a part of the team…FRAZIER FITNESS
